“I had a window from 2-4 for the detailer to show up. He arrived right at 4pm without calling first, which I was told he would. His huge truck and trailer wouldn't fit in my standard size driveway so I had to drive my vehicle to a parking lot and walk home while I waited for it to be completed. He didn't even have a list of the services I had signed up for. I had to look it up in my phone, screenshot it, and text it to him. The services I agreed to pay for required a time frame of 2.5 hours, but now I am being charged an extra $40 because the company says I only signed up for the 1.5 hour package and my detail took 2 hours. The website clearly states the allotted time for each package, and if anything it was done half an hour early. The finished product seems to be okay, but it was done in the dark so it is hard for me to be sure since I can't really see it. I am curious as to how part of the cleaning was done in the dark without any spot lights.”
