“Overall, the car looks good. There were a couple of compartments that we had empty but were not cleaned. The reason for the low score is about scheduling. We were scheduled for between 12-3 (and on an alternate day, not our first choice). We received a message that the technician would arrive at 2pm. 2pm came and went, no technician. I then called 10 minutes past 3pm, which was after our window, to see why they weren't there. The first person took the info and said they would contact me after they spoke to the technician. Got a call back from someone else pretty quick, said the technician could be there in 30 minutes (took 45) but had little explanation why we were told 2pm and then they will arrive almost an hour after our original window.”

“Half of the windows weren’t cleaned, the other half were smeared with a dirty rag, the windows weren’t even rolled down. There was standing water on the floorboards, I spent 2+ hours with my shop vac removing the excess. Water drips all along the outside, not a chance it was waxed. The dog hair I paid an extra 30 bucks to remove was still embedded in the seats. I spent $270 for a DETAILED CLEANING and got a carwash that would have cost $40 at Waterway. The only word I can use to describe my experience is pathetic. ”

“Do not charge my card. They never did the work, left as they didn't have the materials to remove the tar which I had already noted on my e-mail with the order. They were an hour late getting here.”
