“I received my car detailing service last week. The technician who serviced my car told me that the package I had paid for through your website (Platinum Package for $189) was equivalent to a package offered by their company and similar companies for $65. This indicates to me that I paid nearly a $125/65% premium only to book through your service. This is far in excess of the 20% surcharge posted on your website. This is egregious and disappointing and suggests that I have been taken advantage of by your service. I would like an explanation of this and a significant retroactive discount to be applied.
