“The company couldn't make the arrival time window of 10-12 so they called and asked if I could do later, or this weekend, but my schedule is too hectic. I explained that I had to leave by 2pm. They arrived late at 1235. The cleaning was good, but some things like my windows and interior mirrors were missed. In retrospect I wish I just let them reschedule me rather than squeezing me in. Otherwise they would have had sufficient time to do a great job!”

“I had the interior detailed only. It looks amazing, and I'm very happy with how it looks.
However, I had to dock some points because the service showed up an hour late out of window. My coworker had the same experience, so I booked an earlier window. If you tell me that I can book a 10-12 arrival time, I expect techs to arrive in that time.”
