“I could have done it better myself. The headliner was not spot cleaned. Some of the carpet was not vacuumed. The cup holder was not cleaned. Under the vents you could tell was done half ass. There was brown spots of cleaner left on plastic areas of the car. ”

“The technician explained it wasn’t part of the service to wash behind the tires :(.....will have to do this now. Still quite a few bugs remaining on the front. The technician was nice and did spend over 2 hours working. I’m a very attention to detail person,”
