“The car looks great”

“Originally the man did an OK job. However, I pointed out some things that weren't done to my satisfaction that were listed on the platinum package. He gladly fixed the problems. I would have liked it if the edge of the front and back windows where it meets the rubber were cleaned better. A lot of dirt and grime accumulated in those areas and it was wiped over with a rag. It would have taken some elbow grease to get it done better. I also think that the trunk area could have been better. The underneath where the tire sits was wiped at not washed down with cleaner. Also, where the trunk gate closes over the trunk, where the rubber meets the trunk lid, was not washed off just wiped at. It should have been sprayed down with cleaner. Those two areas were most disappointing. That is why I rated the job a 4. Otherwise for the price we paid for the job, I feel he did above the normal job. He definitely wanted to please us. I appreciated the fact that he did it with a smile.”

“I thought he could have done a more thorough cleaning on the the steering wheels of both vehicles. In the Honda I thought he could have been more thorough in and around the area under the stereo. Otherwise I am very happy with the work.”
