“Absolutely happy with the service. The car looks fantastic and it was cleaned to my exacting standards. The only thing reducing the score is the fact I did not get a phone call before the technician arrived as I was told I would. Otherwise excellent service”

“The great: -The way to book an appointment was easy, confirmation was fast, and the tech showed up ontime, communicated frequently -The outside of the car looked awesome -The inside of the main passenger area looked awesome The not so great: -My seat was completely flat when I got into my car after work, I could not get it to go up. I called customer service, who didnt act like they cared, but did have the etch call me back -The tech called me and outright lied about the seat saying he had driven it to the original spot in a normal position and it must have "fallen" -I drove home without a seatbelt, as the seat would not go up -The tech did offer to come back out to try to fix it, but was insistent it was not like that when he cleaned/ drove it -I did get it fixed (it wasnt broken, but did have to manipulate the controls to get the seat to "catch" to an upright position). While it wasnt broken, the tech could not have been forthright about the issue. ”
