“Sam was great. He was very polite and professional. Took his time to make sure no detail was missed. After he was done he walked me around the car to explain to me everything he did. I am very pleased with me service and will definitely be using Sam again.”

“The technicians that are hired to do this work need to be properly equipped to handle actually fully detailing a car; a shop vac, waterless cleaner, and window cleaner are not adequate. The tech did a decent job with what he had, but this is not sufficient for a $200 service. The inside windshield was not cleaned, the space between the seats was not vacuumed, the back of the liftgate was barely cleaned. The tech arrived at 10:00 am and it took almost 4 hours for him to clean a small coupe and it still was not done well. I will definitely not be using this service again. I could have done this job with a drive thru car wash and their vacuum. ”

“After close inspection I wiped off a lot brake dust on every rim looks like he didn't even touch the rims and once the sun went down and hit the windows he did not touch the inside of the windows at all had to do those myself now that the interior has tried spots are still there what I am trying to say is I wasted a hard earned 200 dollars on what was supposed to be a platinum job guess I will the interior myself the right way, what a waste.”

“The detailer arrived EXACTLY on time! He checked out the car and got right to work. He was very pleasant and professional. He did an exceptional job. Truly, the car has never looked better. It really does look the way it did when it left the show room floor. The only problem is now my husband wants to keep it in the garage where MY car usually goes.”
