“I paid for the most detailed package available the top rated titanium package. I was extremely excited to finally be able to afford to pay the $399 to use your services because a friend of mine chose your super package and was thoroughly impressed. I was looking very much forward to my car being immaculate or at least as clean as when I first purchased it. Based on the price, I think it's safe to say that this is not an ordinary car wash or even your typical detailing. I expected this to be the best of the best available. My expectations were not met because: -It was apparent that under my floor mats weren't thoroughly cleaned with debris still remaining -My LICENSE PLATE IS FILTHY -MY RIMS ARE STILL DIRTY -INSIDE THE DOORS ARE STILL DIRTY WITH SPOTS -The list goes on. I would like something done about this. Even the most untrained eye could see what was missed in the detailing job. Sincerely yours, An extremely disappointed customer. ”
