“I paid $147 for an interior detail package. I compared this to my coworkers regular interior exterior was and found no difference. The stains on my carpet appeared just to be vacuumed. There was no conditioning added to my leather. The smoke odor that I paid to be removed returned almost immediately. When picking up the car, I opened the hatchback, it had not been vacuumed or wiped down at all. Extremely unsatisfied with the service. Will be contacting the branch on Monday for a refund.”

“Didn't put top down and clean the convertable cover area and seal. Did not restore the trunk partition so the top would not come down ( maybe why it wasn't cleaned) Called to reschedule for one o'clock and showed at two thrity. The car looked amazing otherwise.”
