“I contracted Cardetailing.com to detail my wife's car. This was part of her mother's day gift. I picked thec149.95 package which includes waxing the car, clean the inside, vacuum, tire shine and such. It is supposed to be CAR DETAILING. They did not detail the car. They partially waxed the car after washing in, the windows were left streaky, door jams were not cleaned, did not vacuum the trunk. Before the left I noticed they had not removed the tree sap. So I asked for the to do so. They attempted to, only on the hood and trunk lid, but did not remove it. For that they charged me another 55.00. I exchanged email with the company and they only offered an 80.00 refund. For a job that was no better than putting the car through a car wash machine and I could have done that for 20.00. Apparently, the company couldn't care less because they refused to even call me so we could agree upon a satisfactory solution. So, they left me with no choice but for me to contest the charge for the full amount. I didnt want it to get to that. This is the same review I will post everywhere I can, with pictures if I can post them.”

“This crew worked so hard and paid attention to every detail! My car was basically destroyed by my toddler, but they did an amazing job. The only 'complaint' was on the timing. I scheduled my day around the arrival time and it was off by about 45 min. They were very kind and made sure we were happy with the results before accepting payment. I would hire them again!”
