“The tech was very nice but the process of being cancelled twice and then offered a upscale service and the tech not really knowing about it was again showing the process of the customer service communication sort of lacking. The job was good and the prices were very fair but not sure if I would schedule another one with the cancelling and continually having to contact to make sure the tech and what was promised was on the same page.

“Customer states that she was not adequately advised about additional charges and there is still mold remaining in the vehicle - particularly in the part of the seat belts that retracts.”

“they didn't show up the first day. were 3 hours late the second day. didn't charge me what was quoted. had to come out the following day to finish. and still did not complete the job as they just covered the surface area versus pulling out seatbelts, etc.”

“Our technician was right on time, polite and trustworthy. He was EXTREMELY thorough!! Our car had molded interior after being unused through the winter and it was disgusting. Pablo completely eliminated any sign on mold and it looks better than ever!! I'm very happy with this service, thank you! ”
