“Multiple spots on exterior not cleaned, and I was disappointed with the cleaning of the floor mats. Also pulled multiple trash items out of front cup holders that I would have expected to be taken care of. Finally, the car battery was dead when I tried to start it 2 hours later. Overall I was very disappointed with the service, given the cost. ”
