“Paid for a service that states clay bar exterior and paid extra for a sealant to be applied instead of wax. Job was estimated to take 3 hours. Person who came to clean the car finished the job in an hour and when asked that all services were completed specifically clay bar and sealant was told that it was done. Walking around the car there was brake dust embedded in the paint around the fenders still that should have been removed when claying, which he then went back and clayed those areas and went on his way. After reviewing camera footage from my driveway it was clear that the clay bar had not been done at all and the sealant was poorly applied and not on all painted surfaces. My interior was kept pretty clean so I understand he saved time there but to clearly not do the service I paid for and told that it had been done is just completely unprofessional practice. I won’t be a repeat customer.”

“back seats lift up and was supposed to be cleaned under aswell and the carpet in the trunk were still stain with rust I could get out with a rag and I expected the deep shampooing to do more than I see done for the floors there's barely any different than before besides the front driver and passenger seats ”
