“There was no clay bar service as advertised, and that's a big miss. Also, tar spots were left on the car. That said, AJ has great customer focus.
I will not be using your service again. I will deal directly with the detailer. ”

“The service tech did an excellent job, but it seemed to take quite a long time. He arrived on-time and was there in excess of two hours. There were some minor areas that were missed, but they were not too important (such as the rearview mirror). The vehicle that the tech drove up in was in seriously poor condition, with broken blinkers and several holes with rust. The tech also thinks that having sagging pants and exposing his butt crack to customers is appropriate for the business environment. (and yes I have a photo of the vehicle and sagging pants)”
