“He was an hour and a half late. The service was mediocre. The windshield is smeared and a mess. There are chemicals on the outside of the vehicle that were never wiped in or down. I emailed about my service and no one responded. Certainly a waste of $280 plus a tip. ”

“A couple of spots were missed (top edges of windows, one spot between driver’s seat and center console). I missed them during the post service review, no big deal. Overall very satisfied with ease of scheduling, promptness of technician, car looks 1000% better. Will become a return customer.”

“The tech was professional punctual and did a really good job. However communication was very difficult as he did not understand English at all. However I would definitely use the service again. I actually gave the check a cash tip.”
