“My issue is that the job that was done was not of a high quality at all. Dry water spots all over the place, parts of the car not cleaned at all, the top of the car wasn’t wiped, the cleaning of the custom rims were horrible. The floor mats were not put back in their places - rather just sitting on the seats of the vehicle.
