“The tech was 1hr and 45 mins late. My wife left the tech alone and she did not inspect his work. I am extremely disappointed. It was suppose to be 240.00, but for some reason it was more. He was not there long enough to “detail” to any customer satisfaction. He did not attempt to remove road gum or touch the running boards. The inside did not even look as though he treated the leather. I could have gotten the same results going through the car wash. For the money I should have done it myself. I wanted it waxed and carpets deep cleaned and shampooed. ”

“Hey: You technician was very personable and did a good job on the body but the engine clean up job was not good. I had to remind him and then he did half a job... I had to correct him but even then there were sections that he left out. I tipped him 20% but in all honest I was just being polite and was unhappy with the engine job. I hope you can send someone to finish out the parts he didn't do on the engine. That wasn't detail cleaning. ”
