“The guy who came out was really nice and he did a good job on what he did (I'd give him a 9 out of 10) but the cardetailing.com website didn't send him the notes to indicate that sap was included. That was one of the main reasons I wanted the truck detailed. The sap was driving me nuts. And now the truck is still sitting in my driveway with sap on it, even though the completed notes show "Tree sap" included. ”
