“- Called two hours into the initial arrival time to reschedule due to the weather. The inclement weather was well known and expected so there was no reason this couldn't have been done prior to the appointment window. - Arrived an hour late to the rescheduled appointment (an hour after the appointment window). - Didn't attempt to clean obvious stains. - Didn't clean the back area of the SUV, at all. Overall, there's no way I could justify this expense. If the cleaning was more thorough, I would have given a much better review.”

“Had to have service redone-when tech came back it was the same tech and he had an attitude and yes, he did a better job but still failed to detail the entire jeep. The jeep is not lifted very much but he did not put any wax on the area under the windsheild or the painted area above the windsheild. For the price of the service, I will not be recommending this company or service to our friends ”
