“Though my cleaning was overall great, unfortunately my technician flooded my back up camera. When I reached out to detail.com with this concern they stated they’d check with the technician and apparently he noted it was already damaged. The only way the camera could have been damaged on the outside of the car would be with high pressure water being shot at the camera. I hadn’t gotten the car cleaned in over a month. The camera replacement was $800! Detail.com basically said that because I had some water on the inside of my car, that’s why the camera would have been damaged. I will be pursuing small claims court and disappointed detail.com can’t take accountability for their technicians mistake. ”

“I sent you all an email itemizing all the first technician missed with a few pictures You send a second technician and he too did not get most of the things the first technician missed. While I appreciate the effort of sending a second person, they too were not able to do what your website says they will do. I hope going forward, your company puts as much effort into training your techs as you have into your online technology, reservation system, and customer service personnel because you have excelled at those parts of your business model.”
