“Hi, I had booked for 10 AM but the person came around 12:35 PM. There was a communication from Detail.com but that was based on my repeated calls to 888-923-3824. I was also told that there could be some discount (subject to the manager approval) because of the lateness. The car detailing person did not speak or understand English at all which things a bit difficult. He seemed happy that I offered him fruits as it was lunch time. Would appreciate any discount. Best Ameet”

“Not everything was completed that I paid for and my vehicle was not detailed very well at all. I could have done better myself. When one pays for a detail on a car you expect it to dine in detail. The job was done horribly and I want a refund.”

“Besides being late and changing the time of arrival 3 times it was an extra $140 for the 4 small windows attached the the 5 windows I already paid for. I should of been told this ahead of time but telling me on the spot that the $345 I was paying for 5 windows didn’t include the small attached windows ”
