“Did not do a thorough job on the interior as requested in initial appointment. Had to ask separately to have the seats shampood, then he was not prepared to complete task. It's better than it was, but definitely not as good as expected. Found dirt between bottom and back if seat, behind interior door handles, in door cargo compartments, sun visors, and cup holders. When I need a "detail" I would expect to have all the details handled. Interior has cleaning residue on every surface. Could have do e the same job for cheaper.”

“Where to begin? I had a window of 2-5 pm for the guy to show up - he showed up at 5:45. When I asked the guy whether he was going to be able to do the job since it was about to be dark soon, it was quickly established that English was not a language he was proficient in (I'm being polite) so we did our best with hand gestures and sign language. Long story short; I suppose he did the best he could given the conditions but I had to point out water spots I could see in the dark, areas he'd forgotten to dry (all around door sills and trunk lid), and he seemed to have forgotten to wipe up all the goop from the tire dressing that I tried to explain in the beginning I didn't want. I also paid extra for the paint protection product and Rain-X window treatment which didn't happen either. I gave up trying to explain it because the guy was packing up his equipment and just kept nodding. I was feel bad for giving the guy a bad review because he seemed like a nice enough guy, but you can't charge someone $300 for sub-par (I'm being polite) service. Definitely won't be using this service again. My local car wash charges $175 for the full detail package and they do a much better job. Oh well, you live and learn! ”

“I gave the technician a cash tip and added some on here. The car looks very clean and he did a great job. I am rating a 3 of 5 due to the fact that he did not show up for the first 2 appointments and then was 3.5 hours late for the 4-hour window for the 3rd time we had to reschedule. ”
