“Half of the windows weren’t cleaned, the other half were smeared with a dirty rag, the windows weren’t even rolled down. There was standing water on the floorboards, I spent 2+ hours with my shop vac removing the excess. Water drips all along the outside, not a chance it was waxed. The dog hair I paid an extra 30 bucks to remove was still embedded in the seats. I spent $270 for a DETAILED CLEANING and got a carwash that would have cost $40 at Waterway. The only word I can use to describe my experience is pathetic. ”

“They were an hour late didn’t arrive until 2 PM then when they got there they didn’t have a way to remove the tar which I had noted in my email to you people first. They wanted to try to detail it without cleaning off the tar I told him no to go home makes no sense to detail the interior of the vehicle if they don’t have a way to clean the outside! What a waste of time I sit around for hours waiting for them and then they couldn’t do it.”
