Finally, there is still a strong smell inside the vehicle. This I think was not addressed at all or if it was, it was not handled effectively.”

“The car was perfect, yet I saw some overspray on the windshield and window but I called and left a message for someone to call back but never received a follow up call. That is the only reason I'm giving a 4.5. As for the technician he was great, and the overspray couldn't be seen until I drove into the sun, so he deserves a 5. ”
