“Michael, I am absolutely thrilled at how the car has no remaining evidence of living the fraternity life with my son for the last four years!! The only tiny thing I noticed was some sticky residue on the inside of the windows, but it was a really small amount and I have no problem cleaning it myself. Chris was extremely professional and a super nice and friendly, just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using you exclusively when needed, and my son will be contacting you shortly for the same thing , because he was so impressed by Chris's work. “The quality of work done was satisfactory but I was charged extra for pet hair and my pet has NEVER been in that car. Any hair found was human hair as my wife and daughter both have waist length hair. I am not even concerned with the money part but I do not like being taken advantage of. If I was told there would be an extra charge for excessive sand which was mentioned I would have been fine with it, but don't be insisitent upon pet hair especially when I told him the pet never entered the vehicle. He mentioned pet hair when he first arrived and after I said the pet never entered the vehicle he took another look and said it wasn't pet hair. He looked closer and it wasn't pet hair. Then later he said I am charging for pet hair. I took pictures? He amazingly had already cleaned the alleged pet hair without even consulting me or showing me what he was talking about. I never saw the alleged pictures but why wouldn't you show a customer what you alleged first hand. The only need for pictures would be if I was not present or if the actual scene doesn't support your claims. The real thing is always better than a picture. Picture can be manipualted. It made no sense. I was also upset because my appointment was scheduled for 12/23 at 2 and it was raining off and on most of the day. I placed several calls in the morning, left a voice mail and sent a text stating that I wanted to know if the appointment was on or off because with the holidays there was a lot to do that day and I didn't want to waste the day waiting if he wasn't coming. It wasn't until I called a third time at 145 that he answered and informed me he wasn't working that day. Sothis lack of good business and common couteousy caused me to waste half of my day. The sad part was for that extra 20 dollars that he he falsely charged me that was going to be given as a tip anyway,(actually had 240 in the envelope until the pet hair thing came up) you lost 2 more clients as my brother and my friend are getting detail jobs done this month and were waiting to see how mine turned out and use the same serice. I advised them to look other places. Anyone that knows me knows that I pay for and reward good, honest service. I just do not tolerate being taken advantage of unfairly.”
