“I was scheduled between 10-1, hit a text that tech is running behind and now between 2-5..... received another time of after 5:30 and tech showed up after 6pm. I just feel being last of the day, I got the short end of the stick!”

“Can't seem to leave reviews on website. Here it is: First car I had done was outstanding, this one not so much. As it was still 100 percent cleaner than before, I had to do touch ups he missed in the interior with my magic eraser, and I thought the platinum included hand on waxing on exterior, not sure if this was done. Also,I paid $254 for platinum detail (minus $25 mom day special originally $289) when I noticed same package I got was regular $239”
