“The guys did a great job and the car looks great ”

“First it was rescheduled and no one showed up then the next reschedule date the tech person was late with no call. If I had not checked the trunk would not have been done. Even then he never vacuumed the trunk. Also the windows on the outside were never done.
The rest of the car was very good. Inside the car was very good. but overall I was not overly impressed. . Sorry but I dont think I could recommend you”

“There were dead flies/bugs left in the back windshield. Also according to the “what’s included” her trunk and glove boxes...
The carpets looked fantastic, but don’t advertise that you are going to donthat extensive amount of work and not do it.

“Didn't notice until they left that they didn't clean at all under the hood. Traces of crud left on top of van. No
shine crème used on bumper valance.
Techs were very nice and asked if I was satisified. I just
just didn't see what they had missed until they had left.”
