“Good communication. You knew what time they were coming and they made sure to keep me in the loop on expected delays in arrival.
They got here and got after it. They were polite and very thorough.
I messed up communicating my needs for the bed of the truck and so they thought they didn’t need to clean it. It was my fault.I didn’t need the topper cleaned and thought they’d do the bed of the truck. Be sure to state clearly any expectations.
I will be using this service again! Thank you and best wishes

“I have had my nasty (stained by multiple kids) minivan detailed in the past and it was received back looking brand new. I was shocked at the job that was done on it. That was absolutely NOT the case today. I should not have needed to ask for my inside windows to be cleaned or my floor mats vacuumed. I will not be recommending this service to others. This was a waste of my money. The only plus was that I didn’t have to do it myself. ”
