“Did not raise truck backseats to vacuum grass. Several small marks on paint I wiped off. Would have thought thorough cleaning process would have removed them. Nerf bars not cleaned. Maybe not part of the process. I vacuumed the grass, wiped off the marks on the paint and cleaned the nerf bars. Maybe they should have spent longer than 50 minutes. ”

“Sent a long email about this, not going to restate it all here.
This $250+ Price seemed reasonable to me for a show-quality experience. First of all, my detail took nowhere near 3 hours, the gentleman told me "It is already pretty clean."
I wasn't too surprised by that, as the main reason I requested a detail was due to dog hair in the back set, which in fairness, he did a pretty good job cleaning up. He got up as much as I expected.
Where the service fell woefully short was in the following areas
Clean Door Jambs (Both Door Jambs on the Front Doors look like the attached, he didn't even touch them clearly)
Stain Removal
Clean all interior compartments
For $250+ with tax, I expected much better than I got. I decided to reach out to you all before leaving a formal review.
