“This was not my best detailing experience to be honest. I booked the PLATINUM Detailing Package and first of all they completely missed the "Engine compartment wipe-down" and they did not seem to realize it should be done. When they said they were done, the back of the floor mats were still dirty and the carpet underneath was not clean. Paddles were still dirty. There were visible spots still left on the leather seats and dirt was still present in the seat seams. The seats definitely did not get "deep cleaned and conditioned". Also the top part of the windows were still dirty so obviously they did not roll the window down to clean the entire panel. I specified that the stains on the ceiling to be spot cleaned and that was not done either. The two of them finished in 2.5 hours but I had to stand there for a good 30 mins on top of that just to point out what they have missed or neglected and ask them to do it. There is a lot of room for improvement. ”
