“I enjoyed the ease and kindness of the employees, however the product used on the plastics left very noticeable streaks on my dash, the seats, and my air vents. i had to apply different product to remove the streaks. The pillars of the car were missed and the interior handles. The carpets were cleaned quite nice and my center console has been revived! Other than the streaks they did a nice job. ”

“Changed my appointment time AFTER drop off. My windows are so so so streaky and it’s like they didn’t even wipe down all the cleaning spray on it. I’m going to have to clean them myself. My dash was clearly only partially wiped down. The outside detail is a joke…there are leftover streaks from whatever detergent was used to wipe it down. However, my floor mats are clean and they look good at least. ”

“Timing was the biggest issue had to reschedule and also they day of told they had to leave and couldn’t do it at scheduled time .. company was great and got someone else out as quick as possible and all went well after that - thank you ”

“Still dirt or rocks on the 2nd row floors, polish not completely rubbed in on the driver window ledge. Water marks on the back end of the vehicle like it just come out of the car wash. Smudges on the windows, for a Gold package I expect a little better. ”
