“Will someone review this review or just look it over and move on? Was on time. However when you wash a car, getting the debris of sap and bugs off should be something to consider as my car is covered. This shouldn't cost extra as I can do myself and was told needed to buffed. Not true. Disappointed in the job done on the exterior. Especially for the increase in price. Since the first two times were done way better”

“Service was scheduled for 8:00-10:00, but the technician did not show up until 11:30. After service was complete I felt pressure to provide a tip. The quality of the service was fine, although the technician was unable to remove a half dozen pine sap spots, so I would up doing it myself after they left. ”

“I sent one in already and have not heard back I thought this was a rush job and had to keep showing techs wax and spots that were missed I fell I could have done a better job. The techs were nice but there was a language barrier . I continuisly showed them spots as well as it rained ten minutes after they were done . I would hope someone can call me to resolve this issue 413-333-8368 . They worked a total of 2.5 hrs on both vehicles as they were in a big rush.”
