“What i didn't appreciate is the mess thay was let in the drive way. They could have used a broom or blower anything. But left the drive way a mess. I have a video of it ,if i can share it or up load it”

“I thought your entire car would be vacuumed, console wiped down and seats clean. Vacuum was done but not a good job. I guess the seats were wiped down but again not a great job. On my console there is still things that need to be cleaned. Outside is ok but not great either. The technician said it was because of the package I got that I should have had the full detail. I have had these services done before (same package) and it was great. Unfortunately I will not have these services done again.”

“Area of the interior were not touched, such as coin area. Trash from my car was on the ground around it including a health insurance card they must have unearthed. My keys were on the dash, but having been in the hot sun, I burned my hand grabbing them! My car is cleaner than it was, but not sure I would do this again. ”

“Time management may have rushed the cleaning. Streaks were visible on the windows along with product still left behind. Car is definitely cleaner. Thanks,”

“Well, disappointed with the finished product. I pointed out 2 areas of the motorcycle wanting to be clear they would be addressed and Reggie said no problem. I returned to put the motorcycle back in my garage and there were a number of accessible areas not cleaned. I cleaned the bike last night before they arrived this morning. I thought they were going to "detail" the bike this morning. I have several photos of dirt still on the bike and the 1 specific area on the chasis of the bike I didn't bother to photo it. Just disappointed. Reggie is a delightful guy and possibly motorcycles are not his specialty.”
