However this email sent with survey incorrectly notes Explorer. Her car is a Taurus. Also they are saying we owe more because of that which is an error. “I feel like I paid $119 for a decent vacuuming and a quick wipe down. Nearly every stain is still in the car, some of them flake off when scratched. I wiped dirt out of a few places (cup holder and door storage area for example). I am not a jerk, I know the fellow worked hard on the car for a long time and he was so nice and accommodating. I looked back at what comes with the package I paid for and I guess I got it. But the service for the money was way not worth it. I am going to chalk this up as a lesson in money management and my own personal laziness. Off to the store to buy stain remover. ”
