“Detail is great. The guys did fine work. The fact that your employee had to write down the credit card number on a piece of paper is a security issue and therefore not great. I selected to pay by credit card when I made the appointment, not knowing that this would be an issue. Changing my credit card number is not a pleasant task, but now I need to do just that.”
