“tech did a great job. my only issue was he was suppose to be at the house between 0800-1100. i called main number at 11 to find out what was going on and when he was going to show up. no one even called to say the tech was going to be late. did not receive a call until after 1130 and he didn’t arrive until 1230. ”

“Would have been 5 however for a third time in a row, Mike was late. This appointment was from 10 AM - 1 PM and he didn't get here till 7PM after writing to tell me he'd be here at noon The third time I've waisted a day waiting instead of riding. ”

“I have had several RV washes on the road and this one was by far the most expensive. So I expected near perfection, but what I got was just OK. The wash was scheduled between 8am and 11am, but the guy showed up finally after 2pm and finished after we left to go to dinner past 6pm. He did a good job, but did not clean the roof, which has been done for less by other RV cleaners. Also I would have passed if I knew the process would take 10 hours which included about 40 minutes the guy spent sitting in his truck checking E-mails. Sorry to be so blunt.”

“It looks like I got charged 2 times. I need to get refunded back for one of those charges. I want the charge with the person performing the service to stay.”

“I will never give a credit card up front again. I haven’t been able to see what it looks like as I had to leave. It took him 3 times to come out in order to finish. Trash was left that my son had to pick up. Mike never showed up when he said he would. It varied between 1-3 hours after I got your text on when he would arrive. He always worked in the afternoon and the second day was overcome by the heat and had to go home. After seeing the work on the cap the first day I was excited. He was initially spraying by hand and worked on the oxidation. By the 3rd day that stopped and he just sprayed the wax on not worrying about oxidation. I can tell one window has water spots as I can see them with my camera. I haven’t seen the rest yet but it’s now paid for and I have no recourse to get anything fixed once I actually see it. ”
