“I was not satisfied because I did not receive the service that I thought would be provided. I did not receive a wax job, nor was my engine cleaned out. I also requested to have mmt car sanitized, mentioned it to the tech and he had no idea what I wad talking about. I was asked if water and electricity would be available and I stated that it was not; the tech arrived unprepared and had to take my car to Quick Quack to wash and vacuum. My trunk had not been cleaned out so he had to take the car back to the Quick Quack. I did not pay for the extra sanitizing job but my gas was used for thus job. I am not satisfied!”

“The roof was not washed or waxed just sprayed down. Last min the guy who was doing the inside noticed it and wiped it down with the cloth he had to do the windows.
Under the drivers side mirror was not washed.
Along the bottom of the drivers side door was not washed.
Rims not washed just sprayed, a film of dirt still on them.
Compartment between front seats was not vacuumed. Cup holders only vacuumed not wiped out.
It was just an ok job. Detailing is in the name and I feel no detailing was really done. ”
