“There are very noticeable marks on my rear view mirror as well as parts of other windows which are not cleaned. The seats should have been more buffed to reduce the amount of cleanser. I am very happy with the scheduling, cost, and general washing of the vehicles. Only the windows were lacking detailed attention (inside and out). ”

“The front windshield has water spots and difficult to see out with sun glare. Mirror have streak that look like a dirty rag was used and several spots where wax was not wiped off. Also several sports were not cleaned around the hood, looks like he needs a ladder.”

“I had initially thought he was very professional (Cay from Cay's home detailing service). Had a professional looking vehicle and seemed like it would work out. We had some very good conversations and I felt a mutual respect was reached. As far as the work goes, the card still had dirt and straw wrappers inside the car. When I think detailing, and for $117, I feel that every nook and cranny should be hit. Additionally he seemed to spend lots of time standing and texting. This would be fine, if the job was done up to par. I would not even mention any of this except that he dumped his vacuum, and vacuum bag, from his wet dry vaccuum on my property line (pictures available). I saw this after he was already gone. I sent him a text and asked if he did it and if he would dump on his lawn. He admitted to dumping it, but would not answer the question. I will never use the service again and will tell everyone who will listen about the service I received from Cay as well as whom this..”
