“Looked good when wet and it was REALLY wet. Took 2.5 days with 3 fans and a bucket of commercial dehydration crystals before I could drive it without using the defroster.. Steering wheel is sticky and really dirty still, seatbelts weren't done, several places have a white film on them now and didn't before, 3rd row seats were never put down and had an amazing amount of junk, leaves and dirt underneath.. I spent 2 hours on it and I still haven't got some of the white film off of certain places, Compartment between 2 front seats wasn't done... The tech was very nice and was on time. The job is terrible!!!”

“Service was great but a few things didn't get done that was on your list. The trunk wasn't touched. The inside mirrors weren't cleaned and the glass still has a lot of the same finger drawings my little cousin does. But the shampooing was excellent. A side note when they took the change out of my cup holder they accidentally put it into my power adapter which fried it. Had to get it replaced. As far as the timeliness I had a window from 8-10 and it was almost 11:30 when they got to me. Usually I wouldn't be too picky but you do have detail in your name and a few of the details were missing. The guys were awesome though very kind and professional. ”
