“Wonderful service and did a great job in no time”

“Gavin did a great job and showed up on time. The only reason for not giving a 5 rating is he wasn't made aware that I specified in the order that there was no access to water nearby or a hose. He resolved the issue by going to the nearest store and buying a hose long enough to reach but that caused him to start the detailing later, thus end later than he would have. I would book this service again except next time I will emphasize the lack of easy access to water. ”

“Yeah, getting coffee spilt in my car was the best accident of the year. Elegant Touch was amazing. The car looks so new, I almost didn't want to drive it. It smelled just like the day I took it off the lot, I forgot how beautiful this car was after its abuse this year. Having them come out to our home was fantastic. Next year we are getting both our cars done. I cannot underscore how amazing it is to have had Elegant Touch do, essentially, a "factory reset" on the interior and exterior my car. And I never would have known. This ain't some 5 star review one-and-done, I am going to be a annual customer. Amazing.”
