“The person who cleaned the car ended up using my front lawn and ruined an entire area of my yard, which I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in to maintain. Really upset and frustrated that my yard was completely ruined. Please don’t let your technicians use people’s yards, use the driveway - I have a huge one and he should never be putting chemicals on someone’s lawn. ”
