“Detail the car, hand wax instead of spray wax over everything (including the windows - rainex?), clean everything including the door jambs and rear door at bottom of window. Not much better than going thru a car wash. Service was very late arriving and I have no idea what took him 3 hours to do.”

“The carpets are a bit cleaner, though saturated and still not dry and the car now smells like wet dog (and I've been airing it every day since he came). There is a new greasy residue over surfaces, and it's like he didn't even look in cup holders. This was the worst detailing job I've ever gotten. ”
