“On time, great work and did it in the time said that was allotted. Very pleased! My car looks and smells brand new!”

“The tech arrived on time however their was a language barrier so I had trouble communicating with him. He worked on my car for several hours as expected. When he had me look it over I found that he hadn't cleaned under my seats, where my initial concern was expressed. He then corrected it and finished up. My car smelled better once he completed but I was left with a slimy film all over my interior, the glass and my dashboard. Now hours later the wet smell has returned. The stains also remained on the floor and seatbelts. I paid for a superior cleaning and do not feel that's what I received.”

“Interior compartments ie; console compartments and Glove compartments were omitted. Two rescheduled TAs and the last scheduled TA by 3pm was 1 hour late. Tech was on the phone with his mom half the time. Several missed spots inside including the windows.”
