“I’m curious as to whether cleaning all compartments was included in the package for $219 because I have an screenshot showing it should be, although after asking the detailer at the time he said they weren’t. And because of that they weren’t cleaned. Other than that the vehicle looks nice and the paint was restored back to its shiny state. ”

“Platinum package completed in 1:20 hours with 2 technicians. This level of detailing should at least take 2 hours. Car looks like a regular wash job with spray wash, wheels not thoroughly cleaned as expected for a Platinum package. Concerned that paid for Platinum and received regular quality. Will suggest to my network that if paying for premium service, to ensure they supervise the work so they get what they paid for. I’m a regular customer and this is the first service I receive of this quality.”

“Compared to another guy that cleaned my van, I felt this guy wasn't quite as thorough as I have had in the past. So I'm slightly disappointed with the quality of work. The exterior looked great but the interior there were places that he missed cleaning.”
