“The work was done great. Scored lower than a 5 because the tech did not call to say he had arrived and started working on the wrong car. In my description of my vehicle it was indicated my car is a Jeep GRAND Cherokee where as my daughters car sitting in the driveway is a Jeep Limited Sahara. My car was in the garage and accidentally her car was unlocked so that’s where he started. Could have saved him some time with a quick call to say he was here and could have instructed him on the vehicle that I needed the service for.
