“I had an appointment window from 10-12 and at 11:30 I received a phone call that the tech was sick and they would have to reschedule and they would get back to me. I didn't receive a phone call for an update on the appointment time until the tech was in my work parking lot of work. I think he was a last minute substitute. I was expecting a deep carpet clean like advertised on your website but all I got was a bottle of simple green and a rag. The technician was caught on our security cameras urinating in the bushes. I was very disappointed for what I actually got for what it costs. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's nothing more than what I would normally do myself.”

“The techs were very nice, however, the van still has paint over spray in a lot of areas and there are several areas of the vehicle that were simply not even cleaned. There's a film over the interior components as well. They are to come back out today to correct it. I will update my rating if the job was made satisfactory. ”
