“Originally scheduled for 2 days prior; show up time kept slipping until appt had to be rescheduled. Show up time as rescheduled was first appt of morning, 8 AM. Show up time kept slipping again until after 2 PM. Communication on why time kept slipping was unacceptable. Last call was when tech said he was 20 minutes away, but he didn't show up until 2.5 hours later. ”
