“The tech was great. I would give him a 5. Scheduling was very difficult and for some reason, my balance of $20 that I paid on line was not processed. The $20 was also not in the quote given to my husband when he purchased the gift certificate. Plus, when looking online, my vehicle size says $259, not $279. Never the less, I would like to figure out how to pay the remaining $20 since I do not see it on my credit card. ”

“Pay more attention to the small details. I still had dirt and grass around some of the edges of my carpet. There was a smear on the back window.
The workers sat in their vehicle for at least 10 minutes knowing that I was on a tight schedule. I was late for my job.”

“Outside detail was fantastic, but the inside detail was average and I had to vacuum areas under the drivers console in a hard to reach area today. Could not get carpet stains out.”
