“They never showed up so I don't see how it could have been marked complete. NOBODY called and explained what happened. I texted the service that texted me about my appointment and told them this information. They stated in a text they would look into it. Apparently they didn't because NOBODY from that service organization called me. Believe me, your business has lost business because of this. My brother and a friend were going to look at the work you did on my vehicle and if it was good work they were going to contact you. NOT anymore! They also knew of individuals who were interested in your ease of convenience mobile service. NOT anymore! Apparently nobody picks up the phone to verify if your staff shows up to do a job. You had my number and information. Word of mouth concerning your work is a lot of how you get business I'm sure. What service do you think my word of mouth is going to get for you? Customer service is non-existent!”
